  1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information about products and promotions.
  3. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
  5. Stock shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory levels.
  6. Assist with merchandising and setting up displays.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Perform cashier duties, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
  11. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
  12. Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  13. Support store operations by performing tasks such as restocking, cleaning, and organizing.
  14. Communicate any issues or concerns to management promptly.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
  16. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  17. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
  18. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  19. Help to create a welcoming and inclusive store environment for all customers.
  20. Perform any other duties assigned by management to ensure the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Education Is Required For This Position To Ensure Effective Communication And Understanding Of Company Policies And Procedures.

  • Previous Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Customer Service Or Sales Role, Is Highly Desirable. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Customer Needs And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Service.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For Interacting With Customers, As Well As Other Team Members And Managers. Written Communication Skills May Also Be Required For Tasks Such As Inventory Management And Ordering.

  • Knowledge Of Products And Services: A Good Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Albertsons Is Important In Order To Accurately Assist Customers And Make Recommendations.

  • Physical Capabilities: This Job May Require Standing For Extended Periods Of Time, Lifting And Carrying Heavy Objects, And Performing Other Physical Tasks Such As Stocking Shelves And Handling Transactions. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
