1. Greet and welcome customers to Albertsons in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
3. Assist customers with finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
5. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and ordering products as needed.
6. Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
7. Follow store policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is adequately staffed and tasks are completed efficiently.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
10. Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience by staying updated on product knowledge and store promotions.
11. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
12. Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed.
13. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic while representing Albertsons.
14. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products and procedures.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
