- Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and purchases, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of store layout, products, and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions, handling cash, and maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor store inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed, ensuring shelves are always fully stocked and organized.
- Assist with store operations, such as opening and closing procedures, restocking shelves, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient store operation, including assisting with tasks and resolving any customer or operational issues that may arise.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer service goals.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively seeking opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
