- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and store layout to assist customers and answer questions accurately.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the store's POS system.
- Stock and replenish shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and in an organized manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, dusting, and sweeping.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth store operations.
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the values and image of the company.
