1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
3. Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and store layout to assist customers and answer questions accurately.
4. Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the store's POS system.
5. Stock and replenish shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and in an organized manner.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restocking shelves, dusting, and sweeping.
7. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to management.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth store operations.
9. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
