
Retail Sales and Store Support

- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Assist with restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory shipments.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment.
- Actively promote and sell promotional and/or seasonal items to customers.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
- Adhere to company standards for appearance and dress code.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Candidate Should Have Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty.
Knowledge Of Products And Services: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Albertsons, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Informed Recommendations.
Sales Experience: Previous Sales Experience, Particularly In A Retail Environment, Is Highly Desirable. Candidates Should Be Comfortable With Sales Techniques And Have The Ability To Upsell And Cross-Sell Products To Increase Sales.
Organizational Skills: The Ability To Multitask And Stay Organized Is Crucial In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment. Candidates Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Their Time Effectively, And Maintain A Clean And Organized Work Area.
