  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  3. Assist customers with locating products and making purchasing decisions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all merchandise is displayed and stocked in an attractive and accessible manner.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive work environment.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  9. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management as needed.
  10. Assist with store merchandising and visual displays to create an inviting shopping environment.
  11. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Albertsons by embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image of the brand.
  14. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity while representing the company.
  15. Provide support to other departments and team members as needed.
