Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
  3. Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store by regularly performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking.
  5. Assist with inventory management, including counting and restocking products.
  6. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  7. Answer phone calls and address customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor and maintain product quality and freshness.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation protocols.
  11. Help in setting up and promoting sales and special offers.
  12. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Adhere to company standards for punctuality, attendance, and professionalism.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
