  1. Greet and welcome customers to Albertsons in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Promote and sell products to customers, utilizing knowledge of store layout and current sales and promotions.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a tidy checkout area.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment for both customers and employees.
  8. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
  9. Stay up to date on product knowledge and new merchandise arrivals.
  10. Assist in store opening and closing procedures as needed.
  11. Support other departments and team members as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing Albertsons in a positive light to customers.
  14. Attend and participate in training and development sessions to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  15. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and cooperation among colleagues.
