  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  3. Help customers find products and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
  5. Work as part of a team to ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  6. Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  7. Effectively communicate promotions and sales to customers.
  8. Assist with stocking shelves and restocking products as needed.
  9. Provide support to other departments and team members as necessary.
  10. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Maintain knowledge of current products and services offered in the store.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  14. Be proactive in identifying and addressing any potential issues or challenges that may arise.
  15. Strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
