Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.
  5. Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Promote and upsell products to customers to increase sales.
  7. Learn and stay knowledgeable about the store's products, services, and promotions.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  9. Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, as well as conducting inventory counts.
  10. Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  12. Attend training sessions and utilize resources to improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Participate in store events and promotions to engage customers and drive sales.
  14. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  15. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a team-oriented work environment.
