- Maintain accurate inventory levels by regularly monitoring stock levels.
- Ensure timely replenishment of products to meet customer demand.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Work closely with the purchasing department to track and order products as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to forecast inventory needs and plan accordingly.
- Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage areas.
- Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock accordingly.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting new inventory shipments.
- Operate inventory management software to track and update inventory levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any inventory-related concerns or inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of inventory transactions and update inventory reports as needed.
- Communicate any inventory issues or concerns to the management team in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and customer service.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Proficiency In Using Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Excel
Prior Experience In Retail Inventory Management Or Related Field
