- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns with refrigeration systems and provide recommendations for solutions
- Train and mentor new technicians on proper maintenance and repair techniques for refrigeration systems.
Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Refrigeration Technician At Albertsons Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Refrigeration Systems And Their Components, As Well As Experience Working With Various Types Of Refrigerants And Troubleshooting Common Issues.
Certification And Training: Candidates Should Have A Valid Epa Certification And Completed Training Programs In Refrigeration And Hvac Systems. Additional Certifications Or Training In Areas Such As Electrical Or Plumbing Would Also Be Beneficial.
