- Communicate with store management and other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper storage of tools and equipment.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any issues related to refrigeration systems.
- Assist in training and mentoring new technicians as needed.
- Complete any other tasks or projects assigned by management.
Knowledge Of Refrigeration Systems: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Refrigeration Systems, Including Commercial Refrigeration Units And Hvac Systems.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairs: A Refrigeration Technician Should Be Able To Identify And Troubleshoot Issues With Refrigeration Systems And Make Necessary Repairs To Ensure Proper Functioning.
Certification Or Training: Many Employers, Including Albertsons, Require Refrigeration Technicians To Have Certification Or Training In Refrigeration Systems. This Could Include Completion Of A Trade School Program Or Apprenticeship.
