- Develop and drive product strategy and vision for Albertsons, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute product plans and deliver exceptional results.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to identify new product opportunities and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful launch and ongoing management of products.
- Analyze data and metrics to track product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
- Develop and manage product budgets and track expenses to ensure profitability.
- Act as a spokesperson for Albertsons and its products, representing the company at industry events and to media outlets.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction with products through feedback and data analysis.
- Stay informed of competitive landscape and make recommendations for product improvements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Extensive Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills: The Principal Product Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Product Managers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills And Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Product Goals.
Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: This Role Requires The Ability To Think Strategically And Make Informed Decisions Based On Market Research And Data Analysis. The Candidate Should Also Be Able To Identify And Solve Complex Problems Related To Product Development And Management.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Principal Product Manager, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels, Both Internally And Externally.
