11. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
12. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to compliance and ethical standards.
13. Maintain all required licenses and certifications and ensure they are up-to-date.
14. Proactively identify and report any errors or discrepancies in medication orders.
15. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy area, including stocking and restocking shelves and supplies.
16. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
17. Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and processes within the pharmacy.
18. Perform any other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager or supervisor.
