Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacy Manager Or Similar Role In A Retail Pharmacy Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Operations, Including Inventory Management, Insurance Billing, And Medication Dispensing.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Build Relationships With Customers And Healthcare Professionals.
