1. Greet and welcome customers to Albertsons pharmacy with a positive and friendly attitude.
2. Assist pharmacists with day-to-day tasks such as filling prescriptions, answering phone calls, and organizing medication inventory.
3. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient workflow.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
5. Verify insurance information and process payments accurately.
6. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure the proper handling and storage of medication.
7. Learn and stay updated on all pharmacy processes, procedures, and regulations.
8. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
9. Utilize computer systems to input and retrieve patient and prescription information.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and experience by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
11. Keep track of inventory levels and alert pharmacists of any low or expiring stock.
12. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
13. Cross-train in other areas of the pharmacy to provide support and coverage as needed.
14. Attend trainings and workshops to expand knowledge and skills in the pharmaceutical field.
15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
