- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure the store is fully stocked for customers each morning.
- Follow proper procedures for receiving, storing, and rotating merchandise to maintain freshness and quality standards.
- Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including backroom and storage areas.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate any inventory or stocking issues to management.
- Keep track of stock levels and inform management of any low or out-of-stock items.
- Assist in unloading delivery trucks and organizing products in the backroom.
- Perform regular price checks to ensure accurate pricing for customers.
- Monitor product expiration dates and rotate products accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Previous Experience In Stocking Or Inventory Management: A Candidate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Grocery Store Setting. This Will Demonstrate Their Knowledge Of Stock Management And Organization, As Well As Their Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: Night Crew Stockers Are Required To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, Often For Extended Periods Of Time. As Such, Physical Fitness And Stamina Are Important Qualifications For This Job.
