In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store while restocking and replenishing our products. - Restock and replenish products on store shelves according to established guidelines.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store is maintained at all times.
- Efficiently and accurately monitor and track inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all products are properly rotated and expired items are removed from shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any product-related questions.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move and organize products.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working independently or as part of a team.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries as needed.
- Keep track of and report any damaged or expired products to management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts: A Night Crew Stocker At Albertsons Must Be Able To Work Late Shifts, Typically Starting Around 10 Or 11 Pm And Ending In The Early Morning Hours. This Requires A Candidate To Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Willing To Work Late Nights.
Physical Stamina And Strength: This Job Involves Long Hours Of Standing, Walking, And Lifting Heavy Items. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: As A Night Crew Stocker, You Will Be Responsible For Restocking Shelves And Ensuring That Products Are Organized And Displayed Correctly. Having A Keen Eye For Detail Is Essential To Ensure Accuracy And Efficiency In Stocking.
