- Stock shelves and displays with products accurately and efficiently, following proper rotation and restocking procedures.
- Check inventory levels and communicate any low or out-of-stock items to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and mopping the sales floor and backroom.
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, checking for damaged or expired products.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Continuously monitor and maintain product quality by checking expiration dates and removing damaged or expired items.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
- Report any customer complaints or issues to management.
