- Stocking shelves and displays with products and merchandise during the night shift.
- Ensuring that all products and merchandise are correctly labeled and priced.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Familiarizing oneself with the store layout and product locations to ensure efficient stocking and restocking.
- Checking inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or low stock to management.
- Assisting with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Rotating and organizing products to ensure freshness and prevent waste.
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with finding products and answering any questions.
- Following safety guidelines and procedures while handling products.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Communicating any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For The Night Crew Stocker Position At Albertsons.
Previous Retail Or Stocking Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Or Stocking Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Inventory Management And Stocking Procedures.
Physical Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Items: As A Night Crew Stocker, Candidates Will Be Required To Lift And Move Heavy Items, Often In A Fast-Paced Environment. Therefore, Physical Strength And Stamina Are Necessary Qualifications For This Role.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills: Night Crew Stockers Are Responsible For Restocking Shelves And Maintaining Inventory Levels, Often Within Tight Time Constraints. Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills Are Essential To Ensure Efficiency And Accuracy In This Role.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours: Night Crew Stockers Typically Work Late Evening And Overnight Shifts, So Candidates Must Be Willing And Able To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed.
