  1. Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized for customers each morning.
  2. Unload and unpack merchandise from delivery trucks.
  3. Stock shelves and rotate products according to expiration dates.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and backroom areas.
  5. Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about any shortages or overstock.
  7. Follow safety procedures and guidelines while handling merchandise.
  8. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to move and organize merchandise.
  9. Keep track of damaged or expired products and report to management for proper disposal.
  10. Assist with setting up displays and promotional materials as needed.
  11. Work efficiently and quickly to meet daily stocking goals.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures regarding stocking and merchandising.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
  15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required by management.
