- Stock shelves and displays with merchandise and ensure products are in the correct location
- Receive and check in deliveries, verifying accuracy of shipment and reporting any discrepancies
- Label and price products accurately and neatly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to management
- Rotate and restock products to ensure freshness and prevent expiration
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies at all times
- Assist customers with locating products and providing exceptional customer service
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts to transport and move heavy items
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Communicate any maintenance or repair needs for equipment or store fixtures to management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements
