High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Night Crew Stocker At Albertsons Should Have A Minimum Educational Qualification Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Frequent Lifting, Bending, And Standing For Long Periods Of Time. Therefore, Candidates Should Have The Physical Stamina To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Prior Stocking Or Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Stocking Or Retail Environment Is Preferred For This Position. This Includes Experience With Inventory Management, Stocking Shelves, And Organizing Products.
Attention To Detail: A Night Crew Stocker Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Able To Accurately Stock And Organize Products On Shelves. This Includes Checking Expiration Dates, Rotating Products, And Maintaining A Neat And Organized Display.
Ability To Work Overnight Shifts: This Position Requires Working Overnight Shifts, Typically Starting In The Late Evening And Ending In The Early Morning. Candidates Should Have The Ability To Work These Hours Consistently And Be Comfortable With The Overnight Schedule.
