- Develop and implement analytical strategies to drive business growth and increase efficiency in pharmacy operations.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the pharmacy department.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from various sources to inform decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytical insights.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term strategies and plans for the pharmacy department.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for pharmacy analytics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage additional data sources.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to data privacy and security.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the pharmacy analytics team.
- Represent the pharmacy department in cross-functional meetings and presentations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the status and progress of analytical initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure alignment and integration of pharmacy analytics strategies.
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that may hinder the progress of analytical projects.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including non-technical stakeholders, to ensure understanding and buy-in for analytical initiatives.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Pharmacy, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Pharmacy Analytics, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools And Software, Such As Sql, Tableau, And Microsoft Excel.
