- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Maintenance Technician At Albertsons Should Have At Least A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Educational Background To Understand And Follow Instructions And Procedures.
Technical Training Or Certification: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Technical Training Or Certification In Areas Such As Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, Or Carpentry To Perform Maintenance And Repair Tasks Efficiently.
Previous Experience: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Grocery Store Setting, Is Desired. This Experience Should Include Troubleshooting And Repairing Various Equipment And Building Systems.
Physical Ability: This Position Requires Prolonged Standing, Bending, And Lifting Heavy Objects, So Candidates Should Have Physical Strength And Stamina To Perform These Tasks.
Attention To Detail: A Maintenance Technician Should Have A Sharp Eye For Detail To Identify Any Potential Safety Hazards Or Maintenance Issues And Address Them Promptly Before They Become Bigger Problems.
