- Develop and implement creative and effective marketing campaigns to promote liquor sales in our stores.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences in the liquor industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain relationships with liquor suppliers and vendors to secure promotional opportunities and discounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions on marketing strategies and product placement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform marketing and merchandising decisions.
- Create visually appealing and strategically placed displays to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
- Train and educate store employees on product knowledge and merchandising techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all liquor sales.
- Coordinate and execute in-store events and tastings to promote new products and engage customers.
- Monitor and track marketing budget to ensure all campaigns are within allocated funds.
- Collaborate with our advertising and creative team to develop effective marketing materials, including print ads, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising and marketing standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies based on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets for the liquor department.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay current on industry trends.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Retail Merchandising And Sales, Preferably In The Liquor Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Consumer Behavior In The Liquor Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Vendors, Store Personnel, And Customers.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience With Marketing Software And Tools, Such As Adobe Creative Suite And Google Analytics.
