  1. Operate checkout lines: The Line Service Technician will be responsible for operating the checkout lines in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are served quickly and accurately.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: The primary responsibility of the Line Service Technician is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers. This includes greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

  4. Assist with bagging and loading: The Line Service Technician may be required to assist customers with bagging and loading their groceries into their vehicle. This may involve heavy lifting and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
  5. Maintain knowledge of products and store layout: It is the responsibility of the Line Service Technician to have a strong understanding of the products sold in the store and the layout of the store. This will allow them to provide helpful and accurate information to customers when needed.
