As an In-Store Shopper, you will assist our customers with their grocery shopping needs, ensuring a convenient and efficient experience.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with their grocery shopping needs, including locating items, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  3. Ensure a convenient and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment for customers.
  5. Follow company protocols and procedures for handling and storing products.
  6. Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being punctual, reliable, and committed to completing tasks.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by listening to and addressing customer concerns and questions.
  8. Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve the shopping experience for customers.
  11. Adhere to all safety and health regulations.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Assist with stocking and restocking shelves as needed.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail: A Candidate For An In-Store Shopper Position At Albertsons Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment. This Demonstrates An Understanding Of Customer Service, Product Knowledge, And Store Operations.
