  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, providing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers with finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Ensure that shelves are properly stocked and organized with fresh and high-quality products.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including aisles, displays, and checkout areas.
  5. Receive and process shipments of merchandise, checking for accuracy and quality.
  6. Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and increase sales.
  10. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean store environment.
  11. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed to support the overall success of the store.
  12. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  14. Assist with inventory management, including conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
