- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill online orders, including selecting and packaging items for delivery or pickup.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any shortages or low stock items to management.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the store layout and product locations to quickly and efficiently fulfill orders.
- Operate equipment, such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, in a safe and responsible manner.
- Complete all tasks and responsibilities with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Experience In Customer Service: In-Store Shoppers At Albertsons Must Have Experience In Providing Excellent Customer Service, As They Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. This Includes Skills Such As Communication, Problem-Solving, And A Friendly Demeanor.
Knowledge Of Grocery Products And Brands: As An In-Store Shopper, It Is Important To Have A Good Understanding Of The Various Products And Brands Sold At Albertsons. This Will Allow You To Accurately Fulfill Customers' Orders And Make Recommendations When Needed.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: In-Store Shoppers Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Quickly, As They Will Be Responsible For Fulfilling Multiple Orders At A Time. This Requires The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Work Under Pressure, And Meet Deadlines.
Attention To Detail: In-Store Shoppers Need To Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Customers Receive The Correct Products And Quantities In Their Orders. This Includes Checking For Expiration Dates, Selecting High-Quality Produce, And Accurately Weighing Items.
