As an In-Store Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting and packaging online orders for our customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Process online orders and accurately select and package items according to customer specifications.
  4. Ensure all orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  6. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and suggest alternative options to customers.
  8. Continuously strive to improve the online shopping process and provide exceptional service to customers.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and changes in store policies.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service.
  12. Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to a manager if necessary.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by store management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
