- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive first impression and reflecting the Albertsons brand image.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with questions, locating products, and offering suggestions and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders by selecting and bagging items from the store shelves, following established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all products are in their designated locations and shelves are well-stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to management.
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Assist with store promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and meet company goals.
- Continuously learn about new products and services offered by Albertsons to effectively answer customer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Collaborate with management and team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to punctuality, attendance, and dress code.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations and success of the store.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Physically Demanding Environment
Previous Experience In Retail Or Grocery Store Environment
Familiarity With Grocery Products And Ability To Accurately Select And Package Items For Customer Orders.
