High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For An In-Store Shopper At Albertsons Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Math, Reading, And Communication Skills.
Customer Service Experience: In-Store Shoppers Are Responsible For Assisting Customers, Selecting And Bagging Groceries, And Providing A Positive Shopping Experience. Therefore, Having Previous Customer Service Experience Is Crucial For This Role.
Basic Computer Skills: In-Store Shoppers Use Handheld Devices To Receive And Fulfill Orders, So Having Basic Computer Skills Is Important. This Includes The Ability To Navigate Technology, Use A Keyboard, And Understand Basic Software.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires The Ability To Stand, Walk, And Lift Up To 50 Pounds For Extended Periods Of Time. In-Store Shoppers Must Also Be Able To Bend, Stoop, And Reach Frequently. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
