  12. Manage and control expenses within the grocery department.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  14. Motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and targets.
  15. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  16. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  17. Maintain a clean and organized grocery department.
  18. Participate in store meetings and contribute to store-wide initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Grocery Retail Management: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing A Grocery Store Or Department Is Required For This Role. This Includes Experience In Inventory Management, Ordering, Merchandising, And Team Leadership.
