1. Manage the daily operations of the fuel station, including but not limited to dispensing fuel, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
2. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, and assist them with their fueling needs.
3. Provide accurate and efficient fueling services, while adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
4. Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
5. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
6. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered at the fuel station, and communicate this information to customers as needed.
7. Keep accurate records of fuel transactions and inventory levels.
8. Continuously maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the fuel station, convenience store, and surrounding areas.
10. Attend training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
11. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
12. Follow all company safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and company assets.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
