- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with fueling their vehicles and operating the fuel pumps.
- Monitor fuel levels and ensure pumps are functioning properly.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized fuel station, including the pumps, fueling area, and surrounding grounds.
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide customers with information regarding rewards programs or promotions.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the fuel station runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Continuously maintain product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to management.
- Adhere to company standards and regulations regarding fuel sales and handling.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge Of Fuel Station Operations: A Successful Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of How A Fuel Station Operates, Including Knowledge Of Fuel Types, Pump Operations, Safety Procedures, And Basic Maintenance Tasks.
Customer Service Skills: As A Fuel Station Attendant, Interacting With Customers Will Be A Daily Occurrence. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, A Friendly Demeanor, And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
Physical Fitness: This Job Requires Standing For Long Periods, Lifting Heavy Objects, And Working In Various Weather Conditions. A Physically Fit Candidate With The Ability To Handle These Tasks Will Excel In This Role.
