Fuel Station Attendant
We are currently seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Fuel Station Attendant at Albertsons. - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner at the fuel station.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and concerns.
- Operate the fuel pumps and accurately process transactions for customers.
- Monitor fuel levels and restock fuel as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized fuel station, including sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash bins.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
- Conduct regular inspections of the fuel station equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Keep track of inventory and communicate any shortages or overages to the appropriate manager.
- Assist in training new employees on fuel station operations and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the fuel station.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security measures.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and offer suggestions for process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date on all product and service offerings at the fuel station to better assist customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
Experience In Customer Service: A Successful Fuel Station Attendant At Albertsons Should Have Prior Experience In Customer Service Roles, As They Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis.
Knowledge Of Fuel Station Operations: Applicants Should Have A Good Understanding Of Fuel Station Operations, Including How To Operate Pumps, Handle Payments, And Monitor Inventory Levels.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours: The Job Of A Fuel Station Attendant At Albertsons May Require Working Early Mornings, Late Nights, And Weekends, So Applicants Should Be Willing To Work A Flexible Schedule.
Strong Communication Skills: As The First Point Of Contact For Customers, It Is Important For A Fuel Station Attendant To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Provide Clear And Accurate Information About Fuel Prices, Promotions, And Services.
