1. Greet and welcome customers to the fuel station in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Operate fuel pumps and accurately process customer transactions.
3. Monitor and maintain fuel levels and ensure pumps are functioning properly.
4. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about fuel prices and promotions.
5. Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the fuel station and surrounding areas.
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling fuel and operating pumps.
7. Keep track of inventory and place orders for fuel and other supplies as needed.
8. Assist customers with any car-related issues, such as changing tires or jumpstarting a battery.
9. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when needed.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the fuel station.
11. Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures and ensure they are followed at all times.
12. Complete daily reports and accurately record fuel sales and inventory levels.
13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and actively seek out ways to enhance the customer experience.
14. Attend training sessions and stay updated on new products and services offered at the fuel station.
15. Adhere to a strict work schedule and be punctual for all shifts.
