Frozen Food Supervisor

1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the frozen food department, including but not limited to ordering, stocking, and inventory management.
2. Train and supervise a team of employees in the frozen food department, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products, customer service, and safety procedures.
3. Set and enforce departmental goals and standards for customer service, sales, and productivity.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, such as creating attractive displays and promotions.
5. Monitor and analyze department performance and report any issues or concerns to upper management.
6. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a clean and organized department at all times.
7. Collaborate with other department supervisors and managers to coordinate cross-departmental tasks and projects.
8. Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to the frozen food department.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in frozen food products and pricing, and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments to the department.
10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
11. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among employees.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure that all employees in the department do the same.
13. Assist with hiring and training new employees in the frozen food department.
14. Manage department budgets and expenses, and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures.
15. Perform other related duties as assigned by upper management.
