- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the frozen food department.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability of the department.
- Create and maintain schedules for the team and ensure proper staffing levels at all times.
- Train and supervise team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

- Analyze sales data and adjust pricing and product placement accordingly.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product developments in the frozen food market.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.
- Address any performance or behavioral issues within the team and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Prepare and present reports on department performance to upper management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Previous Supervisory Experience In A Retail Or Food Service Environment. This Includes Managing A Team, Delegating Tasks, And Maintaining A High Level Of Customer Service.
Strong Knowledge Of Frozen Food Products And Their Proper Handling, Storage, And Merchandising Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Communicate With Team Members, As Well As Interact With Customers And Other Store Associates.
Ability To Analyze Sales Data, Track Inventory Levels, And Make Informed Decisions To Maximize Profitability And Minimize Waste.
Flexibility To Work Varied Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, As Well As The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities In A Fast-Paced Environment.
