Front End Entry Level

1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
2. Provide friendly and efficient customer service at the front end of the store.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or other point of sale system.
4. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with integrity and accuracy.
5. Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have about products, services, or store policies.
6. Maintain a clean and organized front end area, including checkout lanes, bagging stations, and carts.
7. Monitor and manage the flow of customers at checkout to ensure a smooth and timely process.
8. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints in a professional manner.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided throughout the store.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management.
12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales events to assist customers with their purchases.
13. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
14. Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall operation of the store.
15. Uphold a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light to customers.
