Job Description

Build strong working relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Partner with the training and change management teams. Partner with technology support organizations to ensure support knowledge/processes are established. Define deployment project scope, deliverables and roles and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders, business partners and project team members. Plan and schedule deployment timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Create, monitor and manage detailed deployment plan in alignment with the overall project plan. Identify, analyze, prioritize, and manage project deployment risks. Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Manage stakeholder deployment communications and approvals. Manage deployment project related documentation like deployment plans, training guides, installation instructions, and support knowledge articles.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Deployment Management experience, with an Application Development or Technical Project Management background.

  • Ability to understand project planning and develop project deployment timelines.

  • Experience in Retail Store Systems and/or Work Force Management projects is a plus.

  • Ability to understand client expectations and recognize and escalate issues that may affect delivery.
