As the Department Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Starbucks department, ensuring exceptional customer service and quality products. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Starbucks brand and has a strong drive for success.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Starbucks department at the designated location.
  2. Ensure that all team members are trained and knowledgeable about Starbucks products and brand standards.
  3. Motivate and lead a team of baristas to provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive work environment.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
  5. Create and implement strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability for the department.
  6. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication within the department.
  7. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks department to meet health and safety standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to make recommendations for menu enhancements and promotions.
  9. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with other department managers and store management to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  11. Train and develop new team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including scheduling, budgeting, and payroll management.
  13. Monitor and manage department expenses to ensure profitability.
  14. Participate in company meetings and trainings as required.
  15. Represent the Starbucks brand and maintain a positive image for the department and store.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Management Role, Preferably In The Food And Beverage Industry.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Starbucks Operations, Including Coffee Brewing Techniques And Drink Recipes.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints.
