  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers in the deli department.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper food handling and storage.
  3. Prepare and serve food items according to company standards and customer orders.
  4. Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations when needed.
  5. Operate deli equipment such as slicers, ovens, and fryers in a safe and efficient manner.
  6. Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when products need to be restocked.
  7. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  9. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  10. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management in a timely manner.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, even during busy and high-stress periods.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to improve job knowledge and performance.
  14. Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
