
Creative Director, Brand Marketing

- Develop and lead the overall creative vision and direction for all brand marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop creative strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and impactful work.
- Stay current with industry trends and consumer insights to continuously innovate and improve upon the brand's creative approach.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate new ideas and concepts for campaigns.
- Oversee the development and execution of all creative assets, including but not limited to print and digital advertisements, social media content, and packaging design.
- Ensure all creative materials are on-brand and consistent with the company's messaging and visual identity.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute campaigns and projects.
- Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Analyze and track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement based on data and insights.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
- Represent the company's brand and creative vision in external events and meetings.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the brand's creative processes and workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and make recommendations for implementing new tools, technologies, and processes to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency.
- Uphold and enforce brand standards and guidelines across all channels and touchpoints.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or Related Field
Minimum 7-10 Years Of Experience In Brand Marketing And Advertising, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role
Strong Understanding Of Consumer Behavior, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape
Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Brand Strategies And Campaigns
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
