  1. Manage daily operations of the front-end department, including ensuring smooth and efficient customer service.
  2. Work closely with the Front End Manager to coordinate and execute tasks such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Supervise and provide leadership to front-end staff, including delegating tasks, setting performance goals, and providing feedback.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely replenishment of products.
  5. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy and security in all transactions.
  6. Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment by promoting teamwork and providing exceptional customer service.
  7. Develop and implement strategies to improve front-end operations and increase efficiency.
  8. Stay updated on company policies and procedures and ensure compliance among staff.
  9. Conduct regular audits to ensure proper cash handling and inventory management procedures are being followed.
  10. Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Train and onboard new front-end employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
  12. Assist in creating and maintaining front-end displays and promotions to drive sales.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized front-end area, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
  15. Stay knowledgeable about current market trends and provide recommendations for improvements in the front-end department.

Job Qualifications
