
Assistant Front End Manager

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Lead a team of front end associates by providing guidance, support, and training.
- Ensure the front end area is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of front end supplies and equipment.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily cash deposits.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all front end operations, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all company and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling and managing the front end team to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to front end associates.
- Monitor and track front end performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist with training new hires and providing ongoing training to front end associates.
- May be required to step in and perform front end duties as needed.
Experience In Customer Service And Retail Management: Applicants Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Managing Teams In A Retail Setting.
Knowledge Of Front-End Operations: A Strong Understanding Of Front-End Operations Such As Cash Handling, Customer Transactions, And Point-Of-Sale Systems Is Essential For This Role.
Leadership Skills: The Assistant Front End Manager Will Be Responsible For Supervising And Training Front-End Staff, So Strong Leadership Skills Are A Must.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Necessary For Effectively Interacting With Customers, Team Members, And Upper Management.
Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: This Position Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment. Time Management Skills Are Crucial For Ensuring Smooth Front-End Operations.
