- Handle customer complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer experiences.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increasing revenue.

Strong Knowledge Of Front-End Operations, Including Cash Handling, Customer Service, And Inventory Management.
Prior Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Grocery Store Setting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.
Proficiency In Using Computer Systems And Software, Such As Point-Of-Sale Systems And Inventory Management Systems.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, And Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job, Such As Standing For Long Periods Of Time And Lifting Up To 50 Pounds.
