Performs Workstation Risk Assessments and Ergonomic Assessments for all manufacturing processes in accordance with company, state and federal requirements. Investigates serious or recurrent production difficulties and delays due to such factors as faulty methods, tooling, operational sequences, or inadequate facilities or layouts. Takes preventive or corrective action to remedy the problem or refer it to others who may be more directly responsible. Provides support to capital equipment identification, justification, approvals and implementation process.
